The Promises of Grace

Though it has been around for ages, grace never grows old to us.

While it is focused chiefly on the past, grace clean erases what it finds, and we are strangely glad to have—at last—lost all our harmful history. Grace promises that almost unbelievably good news—that Christ forgets what He forgives. As it removes the record of our stubbornness and sin, grace points us to a new year rich with Jesus’ promises of faith, fellowship, and love.

Do not walk into that new year by yourself or in your sins.

Cross with Jesus: stay in grace.
