Mirror in the Heart

“All the virtues flow from Jesus; none of them begins with us. Thus, the grace we live is mirrored, reenacting what we’ve learned from kindness we did not deserve and sins forgiven without grudge. So our daily prayer is always, ‘Make me more and more like Jesus.’ At our best, we just reflect Him; all the righteousness is His. Grace received becomes grace given, lengthening the reach of love. Our best days are those when sinners fall in love with Christ, not us. Reflect His love, and stay in grace.”
