How do we "grow in grace," when all Christ is belongs to us at once--by gift? It isn't more of Him we truly need. Jesus doesn't amplify His love as a reward for faith, or forgive more sin when we have made a reformation. Grace teaches us to tell more truth about ourselves, lay down more pride, and quit the endless hide-and-seek that bars our fellowship with other broken souls. Growing in grace means building lung capacity--inhaling ever more of the gratitude that will be our unbroken experience of eternity. Deep breath now: stay in grace.
