GRACE AND TRUTH

The Word reminds us that our Lord is always "full of grace and truth." Christ won’t allow the lie by which we make ourselves out to be worthless any more than He allows the lie by which we make ourselves out to be God. Grace is true, both when we know we need it and when we imagine we can live without it. Jesus offers unrelenting truth about our past even as He offers almost unbelievable truth about our future—that we will reign with Him. When we say "Yes" to grace, we agree with Christ about our brokenness and our coming wholeness. So stay in grace.
