Chorusing Grace

“Only those who live in grace will understand Christ’s purpose for His church. Grace teaches us how much we have in common—that we are just as fully sinners as our peers; that we were just as lost as those of whom we most despair; that we can be as fully saved as those who seem most virtuous. The grace of Jesus is the great shared chorus of our faith: without it there is only isolating lostness or isolating false piety. His kindness is the founding fact of our community—that we share everything in Christ, in Whom we live and move and have our being. So stay in grace.”
