Adventist Life

During church announcements one Sabbath morning the elder stated, “I think that calls for a hearty ‘Amen’!”

My 6-year-old daughter, Cami, turned to me, eyes wide with delight, and asked, “What’s a ‘party amen’?”

—Todd Reese, Woodstock, Maryland

After jamming in the car to the Chris Tomlin song about the “God of angel armies,” my daughter Keira said quite seriously, “Mommy, all the girls in the world have girl angels. And all the boys have boy angels.”

—Keri Suarez, Berrien Springs, Michigan

Sound Bite

—Steven Kingry, Taylorsville, North Carolina
