ixty-two Adventist leaders from around the world gathered at the Adventist Church's world headquarters for a special meeting of the Council of Evangelism & Witness (CEW) April 14-15.

Established in 2000 by the General Conference president, CEW explores innovative and unique methods of evangelism. The meeting ended with the special satellite uplink titled "Reaping God's Harvest." The broadcast introduced and promoted the Year of Public Evangelism initiative coming in 2004.
