The Love of God
Straight from the Father's throne it flows,
Fresh from eternity,
Deep, swirling streams of sparkling love,
A healing, cleansing sea.
It rinses tears from reddened eyes
And washes out the pain;
It soothes and heals the broken heart
And makes it whole again.
God's love I see in all His world,
In warmth and cooling breeze,
In myriads of sun-splashed flowers,
In graceful, stately trees.
A baby's sweet and dimpled smile,
Trust in a toddler's eyes,
The tenderness of youth's first kiss,
Are God's love in disguise.
O love of God, my life is Yours,
My body, heart, and mind.
Drink deep, my soul, for only here
True happiness you'll find.

Prisms of the Heart
The sun’s rays make
a rainbow prism shine,
but for prisms of the heart
God’s love must live within.

What Finally Matters
Of all the desperate schemes
dreamed up by aspiring men,
of all the grand dreams
cherished by the country men,
of all the vain pursuits
of social plunder and gain,
only faith finally matter
sand is able to root out the pain
of popular disbelief and negation.
